All nails must be paid before they are shipped out. If there are any damages to the nails while being shipped, please send a message and a member will assist in helping you get a new one.
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, all sales are final. Refunds or returns will only be accepted in the case of an error on our part or a shipping error.
Custom orders must be approved before payment. Please allow additional time for sourcing special charms or colours. Custom orders cannot be refunded once production has started.
If any nail happens to break or if you lose a nail after or during use, it will be $5 per nail to fix. If more than 5 nails need to be fixed, a full set of nails will be charged.
Complimentary nail glue, nail file, nail stickers, etc will be added. If more are required an extra $5 will be charged.
All orders will be shipped Mon-Fri. Please allow time for the nails to be made as it may take a few weeks to ensure charms and colours we have.
Processing times vary depending on design complexity. Please allow approximately 1-3 weeks for your nails to be created before shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by the postal service. Please check your tracking information for updates.
Please ensure you select the correct nail sizes before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing once the nails are made.
Please note that transactions may take up to 24 hours to process, depending on your location and payment provider. As our business is based in Australia, international payments may experience slight delays due to bank processing times and currency conversions. If your payment is still pending after 24 hours, please contact your payment provider or reach out to us for assistance.
